Eye Soothing Routine

Are you a fan of green tea? Don’t waste those used tea bags! Green tea’s anti-inflammatory properties can help reduce bags under the eyes, swelling and can be an effective home treatment for eye irritation and infection.

After preparing your cup of green tea, remove the tea bag as you would normally, and gently squeeze out the excess liquid from the bag. Allow the tea bag to cool down or chill in the refrigerator for 10 to 20 minutes, then place the cold tea bag on your eye for 15 - 30 minutes, to soothe that irritation.

A simple and cost effective way to treat that irritated eye.
