When you place an order with us, you will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and is ready for dispatch. You will receive a second email confirming the dispatch/shipment of your product.
Currently, we deliver to the following countries: Ireland, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
For orders placed with a delivery address in Republic of Ireland. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
For orders placed with a delivery address in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or France. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery - to comply with local customs clearance procedures.
For orders placed with a delivery address in United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Please note, at this time customers are experiencing long delays due to new customs clearance processes introduced in January 2021.
Customers please also note: Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you place your order in the shopping cart section of the website. Delivery times are also based on working days (Monday-Friday) and customers can expect longer delivery times during public and national holidays.
