Joost van de Ven

Joost is a specialist in international outsourcing sales, marketing and retail. During his career, he has managed countries, continents, and clients and was responsible for global business development. People describe Joost as pragmatic, an entrepreneurial thinker, and a thought driver. He is honest and open, a great negotiator and is always looking for a solution and a result. Working with his teams and helping them develop, grow and be successful - is what he enjoys most!

A founding member of AgriBioTech, the company behind Floreo Botanicals. Joost is highly motivated by the opportunity to create products which are kind to the earth, kind to the body and 100% free from manufacturing additives.

Outside work, Joost likes to spend time with his family and he loves to watch his kids play their team sports. He has also been involved in sports as a passionate coach. He enjoys cooking and of course eating, with a good glass of wine! Joost also loves long walks with his wife so they can talk, laugh and chat about their lives, family and whats going on in the world.
